CP3 Power Up Modules
Each training module includes hands-on exercises, how to videos, case studies, and practical applications to ensure educators and CP3 Champions develop both theoretical knowledge and applicable skills for supporting children's wellbeing, egnagement and social connection in an interesting and fun way!
You can also take a deeper dive through our comprehensive CP3 training program, which is organised around the four core CP3 Principles—each designed to nurture holistic child development and create supportive, engaging OSHC environments.

Tips for Using the CP3 Training
To get the most out of the CP3 Principles Training, we encourage you to use it as part of your regular team learning and reflective practice. Here are some simple ways to embed the modules into your OSHC routines.
Use the Training in Team Meetings
Set aside time in your staff meetings to explore one CP3 Principle at a time. This helps everyone develop a shared understanding and language around CP3.
Watch or Read Together
Read the content or play the short how-to videos as a team. Pause to discuss key ideas, ask questions, and reflect on what stands out.
Reflect on Your Own OSHC Practice
After each module, take a moment to reflect on:
- how the principle already shows up in your service,
- where there are gaps or opportunities,
- what small changes could make the biggest impact.
Share Real Examples
Invite your team to share practical stories: an activity that worked well, a moment when a child demonstrated leadership, or a time when connection was strengthened.
Identify an Action Step
Finish each discussion with one small, achievable action to try before the next meeting. Over time, these steps build a strong CP3 culture.
Encourage the Whole Team to Lead
CP3 works best when everyone feels ownership. It’s not just up to the coordinator! Create opportunities for all team members to lead—whether that’s guiding a discussion, modelling an activity, sharing examples from their own practice, or highlighting moments of children’s leadership. Shared leadership builds confidence, consistency, and a stronger CP3 culture.
